REGISTRATION GUIDE

1. Registration

If you have not yet completed your registration, we kindly ask you to do so as soon as possible, preferably using PIX, in order to benefit from the early registration fee.

For Brazilian participants, the PIX key is the CNPJ of the Sociedade Brasileira de Dosimetria do Estado Sólido (SBDeS):

2. What is included in the registration fee

We are pleased to announce that the registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch at the event venue during the four days of the congress.

3. Oral presentations

Each oral presentation will have a total of 15 minutes, consisting of:

• 10 minutes for the presentation
• 5 minutes for questions and discussion

We kindly ask all speakers to strictly observe the allocated time.

4. Poster presentations

Poster presentations must be printed and should have a dimension of 90 cm × 120 cm. Please use the official poster template provided by the organization.

The poster should contain:

• The assigned abstract number, placed in the upper right corner;
• The logo(s) of the authors’ institution(s);
• The same title as the submitted abstract;
• The names and affiliations/contact information (department/e-mail) of the authors;
• Introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results and discussion, and conclusions;
• Information about the funding institution, if applicable.
• The poster text should be clear, and the main ideas of the work should be easily understood.
• Please make sure that the text is legible from a minimum distance of 2 meters. We recommend using Arial, size 40 or larger.
