REGISTRATION STEPS

You can register for the 2nd Latin-American Congress on Solid State Dosimetry and Radiation Measurements and/or for the 2nd Shigueo Watanabe School. Here´s how this works:

1. Create Account

Sign up or log in using your email address and password on the registration page. Click this box to go there!

Apply now!

2. Choose Event(s)

Choose to participate in one or both events: 2nd LASSD Congress and/or 2nd Shigueo Watanabe School.

Apply now!

3. Upload Abstracts

Submit up to 2 abstracts for
the LASSD Congress.
Watanabe School does not require abstract submissions

4. Upload Payments

Check event fees and upload your payment receipt(s) under the section Payment Details in the Restricted Area.

5. Committee Validation

The organizing committee will review and approve your abstract submissions and payment receipts individually.

6. Confirmed Status

Once validated by the committee, your registration is confirmed! You can track status changes in your action logs.

How the Restricted Area Works

The Restricted Area is your personal event dashboard. After logging in, you will find four main sections designed to manage your participation:

  • Main Dashboard: Track your registration progress, active events, files approval status, and action logs history.
  • Additional Information: Enter your affiliation, personal details, and select your target event(s) (Congress, School, or both).
  • Abstract Submission: Upload up to 2 abstracts for your presentation (applicable only if you´re participating in the LASSD Congress).
  • Payment Details: View the event registration fee, upload your payment receipt(s), and check the progress on payment validations.

Important Rules and Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth registration process:

  • Event Selection: You can enroll in the 2nd LASSD Congress, the 2nd Shigueo Watanabe School, or both events at once.

  • Abstract Submissions: Abstracts are exclusive to the LASSD Congress. If you choose to enroll only in the Shigueo Watanabe School, you do not need to submit any abstract.

  • Independent Evaluations: Payment validation and abstract approval are conducted independently by the organizing committee. Your dashboard updates in real-time.
